About the Role

We are expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals from the Payday Loan / Short-Term Loan industry to join us as Telecallers. This is a great opportunity for candidates with robust Customer calling experience in the lending space.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calling for loan process coordination
- Explain product details, documentation requirements & onboarding process to customers
- Guide customers through the loan application journey end-to-end
- Address customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience




- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in customer calling, preferably in the loan/lending industry
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to explain financial products clearly and build customer trust
- Comfortable with outbound calling volumes and a target-driven environment

Requirements

- Prior experience in the Payday Loan / Short-Term Loan / Instant Loan sector is strongly preferred

Willingness to work from office.
