The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating interest in the company's real estate projects, following up on leads, and arranging site visits for interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company database and other assigned leads.
- Explain basic details of the company's residential projects and flats to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, flat size, and buying timeline.
- Generate and qualify leads through regular telephone follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer requirements, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Schedule site visits for interested and qualified customers.
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers and ensure no genuine lead is missed.
- Forward qualified leads to the Sales Executive/Sales Manager for further conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled site visits and customer requirements.
- Update the customer database regularly with accurate information.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling, lead generation, and site visit targets.
- Provide regular reports on calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and site visits.




- Maintain professional and polite communication with all customers.

Candidate Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Calling Executive.
- Experience in real estate telecalling will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of Patna and its localities will be an added advantage.
- Should be comfortable making a high volume of calls on a daily basis.

Reporting Telecaller will report to the Team Leader / General Manager as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
