Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote our Crypto, Forex and Financial Market Training Programs.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/leads, understanding their interest in financial markets, explaining our training programs, scheduling counselling/demo sessions and converting qualified leads into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing, social media, websites and campaigns.
- Explain Forex Trading, Cryptocurrency, Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis, Risk Management and Trading Psychology training programs.
- Understand the prospect's learning requirements and trading experience.
- Explain course features, curriculum, duration, fees and enrollment process.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule demo classes and counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate lead information in CRM/Excel.




- Categorize leads as Hot, Warm and Cold.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and enrollment targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the training and sales teams for student onboarding.
- Provide regular reports on calls, follow-ups, demos and conversions.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English and Tamil/Hindi communication preferred.
- Solid convincing and negotiation ability.
- Basic understanding of Forex, Crypto and Financial Markets.
- Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel/CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, education sales, fintech, stock market, forex or crypto sales is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, passionate about sales, interested in financial markets and capable of converting enquiries into course enrollments through professional communication and consistent follow-up.

Pay: ₹8,873.08 - ₹28,799.45 per month
