Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding lubricants and grease products.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Handle and follow up on leads received through the IndiaMART website.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Coordinate with the sales and distribution team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update the status of leads.
- Generate new business opportunities through telephone calls and online enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and orders.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers and distributors.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-conversion targets.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on leads and customer follow-ups.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
