Minimum Qualification: Any Degree / Candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

- Attend incoming customer calls and respond to queries.
- Follow up with customers and potential leads.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Build valuable relationships with customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers can apply.
- Knowledge of English and regional languages is an advantage.
