Job Role

AS Consultancy is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential candidates, sharing job opportunities, screening interested candidates, conducting regular follow-ups, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential candidates.
- Explain available job opportunities and consultancy services.
- Identify interested and suitable candidates.
- Collect candidate details such as experience, qualification, current salary, expected salary, location, and notice period.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and demos.
- Maintain daily calling and candidate data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Work closely with the recruitment team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.




- Confident and comfortable with calling.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in recruitment, consultancy, sales, or telecalling will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹6000– ₹8000 per month (depending on experience and performance)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives for successful candidate conversions/joinings.

Working Details

- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
