About the Role :

We are looking for a TechOps Engineer with 25 years of experience to support the reliability, uptime, and day-to-day technical operations of connected vending machine systems across multiple locations. The role involves production support, deployments, incident management, troubleshooting, and operational data analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and maintain vending machine health, uptime, connectivity, and transaction reliability across locations.
- Perform software deployments, installations, and configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot L2 issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, payment systems, and inventory.
- Monitor refill orders, stacking reports, inventory levels, and identify operational anomalies.
- Handle live incidents and tickets through Helpdesk, Kapture, JIRA, or similar ticketing platforms.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Use SQL/MySQL to analyze downtime, transaction, refill, and inventory data.
- Monitor logs, dashboards, alerts, and system performance to identify issues proactively.
- Coordinate with Engineering, DevOps, Operations,



Supply Chain, and Field Engineering teams for issue resolution and deployments.
- Maintain incident documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and operational reports.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational and troubleshooting activities.

Required Skills :

- 2 - 5 years of experience in TechOps, Production Support, Application Support, Systems Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of SQL/MySQL for operational data analysis.
- Experience with logs, monitoring tools, dashboards, and ticketing systems.
- Valuable understanding of production support and incident management.
- Exposure to software deployments and installations.
- Python or Bash scripting experience is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in live production/operational environments and take ownership of incidents.
