- Have minimum 3+ experience is providing product support for frontend applications
- Must know on the support process for production operations
- Worked as L2/ L3 engineer primary operation being L2
- Good knowledge of SQL as L2 engineer, he/she will use SQL as a tool to debug production issues
- Knowledge on insurance is valuable to have but not must
