Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial Manager with strong knowledge of cattle feed, animal nutrition, dairy farming and field-level technical support.

The role will act as a bridge between the company's technical expertise, sales team and dairy farmers by ensuring that product-related and nutritional issues are understood, addressed and resolved effectively in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support related to cattle feed and animal nutrition.
- Resolve technical issues relating to feed, product performance and farmer requirements.
- Provide technical and product-related support to the sales team.
- Visit dairy farms and understand field-level nutritional and product-related challenges.
- Address farmer complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Monitor field-level technical activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of technical recommendations.
- Support the sales team during significant farmer meetings and customer interactions.




- Help communicate product benefits and technical information effectively to farmers and customers.
- Gather farmer feedback and field observations to support product and market development.
- Work closely with the sales team to strengthen relationships with large and progressive dairy farmers.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in the Cattle Feed / Animal Nutrition / Dairy Nutrition sector.
- Strong practical understanding of dairy farming and cattle nutrition.
- Ability to diagnose field-level feed and product-performance issues.
- Strong communication and farmer-handling skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales teams and translate technical knowledge into practical field solutions.
- Experience with reputed Indian or multinational animal nutrition companies will be preferred.
- Stable employment history will be an advantage.

Candidates with relevant experience in established cattle feed, animal nutrition or dairy nutrition organizations will receive preference.
