Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver training programs for newly implemented business and technology solutions.
- Analyze solution functionality and business processes to identify training requirements.
- Develop training plans, user guides, training manuals, presentations, and learning materials.
- Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for end users and stakeholders.
- Customize training content based on different user roles, business processes, and skill levels.
- Coordinate with business analysts, solution architects, project managers, and technical teams to ensure training content accurately reflects the implemented solution.
- Conduct train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions where required.
- Support users during solution rollout, adoption, and post-implementation activities.
- Gather participant feedback and continuously improve training materials and delivery.
- Track training attendance, completion, assessments, and user readiness.
- Provide post-training support and clarification to ensure effective solution adoption.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in solution training, end-user training, and technology adoption.




- Experience delivering training for enterprise applications and complex business/IT solutions.
- Robust understanding of training needs analysis and learning methodologies.
- Ability to develop training materials, user manuals, SOPs, presentations, and quick-reference guides.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly manner.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and other training/learning tools.
- Experience conducting both onsite and virtual training sessions.
- Strong stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within large-scale or high-complexity projects.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with train-the-trainer programs.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Experience with change management and user adoption.
- Experience supporting UAT, solution rollout, and go-live training.
- Familiarity with Agile/project delivery methodologies.
- Relevant training, instructional design, or technology certifications are an advantage.
