Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technician to join our Game Zone Mall team. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing gaming machines, electrical/electronic equipment, and other technical systems to ensure smooth and safe daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gaming machines and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and technical issues.
- Ensure all gaming equipment is operational and available for customers.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Respond quickly to technical breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, spare parts, and equipment issues.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers when specialized repairs are required.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment meets operational standards.
- Support the operations team during peak hours, weekends, and special events when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant technician experience is mandatory.
- Experience in gaming zones,



amusement parks, arcade centers, malls, entertainment venues, or similar environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic troubleshooting and basic mechanical systems.
- Ability to identify faults and perform repairs independently.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
