We are looking for a Technical Trainer who can handle programming and data analytics-related courses and manage day-to-day training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct technical training sessions for students.
- Handle courses related to Programming, Python, C/C++, Power BI, and Data Visualization.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, assignments, and course materials.
- Conduct practical sessions and help students with project-related queries.
- Conduct webinars and technical awareness sessions when required.
- Manage multiple batches and coordinate class schedules.
- Follow up with students regarding classes, assignments, and course progress.
- Prepare and maintain training-related reports and records.
- Communicate with students and coordinate with other trainers when required.
- Support the organization in planning and conducting technical workshops.

Required Skills:





- Good knowledge of programming concepts.
- Knowledge of Python / C / C++ / Java (any one or more).
- Knowledge of Power BI and Data Visualization.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Ability to manage multiple classes and batches.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and handle current technologies.

Preferred:

- Experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting workshops.
- Candidates with practical project experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills can also apply.
