We are currently looking for HR Recruitment Interns to join our recruitment team at our Thane office.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and gain practical exposure to end-to-end technology hiring.

The role offers hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment follow-ups, and working closely with business and hiring teams.

Role: HR Recruitment Intern – Talent Acquisition

We are looking for energetic, organised, and people-oriented individuals who are keen to start their career in recruitment.

This is a hands-on recruitment role where interns will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on live hiring requirements and gain exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle.

The successful candidates should be comfortable interacting with candidates, working on multiple requirements, maintaining regular follow-ups, and operating in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes against job descriptions and mandatory skill requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and preliminary HR discussions.
- Explain job opportunities, work locations, employment terms, and interview processes to candidates.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal / client hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support job postings and recruitment campaigns.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming requirements.
- Assist with offer follow-ups, onboarding coordination, documentation, and related HR activities.
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business teams on priority technology requirements.

Key Requirements

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and candidates at the beginning of their HR career are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with candidates over phone, email, and professional networking platforms.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a structured and target-driven environment.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Must be willing to work from office in Thane on a full-time basis.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
