Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Project Manager role based in Salem.

The Technical Project

Manager will oversee IoT and industrial digitization projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams such as hardware, software, and field implementation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Manager will track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients. Daily responsibilities include documenting requirements, monitoring project metrics, facilitating meetings, resolving issues,



and supporting continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes, including traveling to Client premises to oversee and be involved in installation and commissioning of the products and solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong working experience in instrumentation, embedded system and IoT projects including MODBUS, TCP/IP, MQTT(S), HTTP(S), 4G / GSM modules, ESP32, Python, STM32, Linux SBCs, LoRaWAN and hardware - server integration.
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to handle multiple technical initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, prepare reports, and present project updates clearly.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative working workplace.
- Experience managing IoT or industrial automation projects, including hardware and software integration, is mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to travel to Customer / Client locations for seamless delivery of projects on a need basis.
