We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager / Product Manager / Business Analyst with solid experience in Email Marketing, Data, and Email Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering with Marketing, Engineering, QA, PMO, Production & BI teams
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, user flows & data flows
- Review business processes and drive optimization strategies
- Coordinate with PMO and stakeholders on affiliate integrations
- Define solutions for maintaining email statuses and data integrations
- Partner with marketing and technology teams on email platforms and production processes
- Advocate for scalable email data and technology solutions
Must-Have Skills
✅ 3 years in Digital Marketing – technical experience preferred
✅ 3 years in a data-focused Product Manager / Project Manager / Business Analyst role
✅ Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
✅ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred
- SFMC migrations
- SFMC integrations using APIs / imports / exports
- Product Management experience in Software / SaaS / Web Applications
- Digital Marketing / Email Marketing experience
- Experience working with multiple systems and data integrations
