Job Summary The Technical Lead provides technical leadership, architectural direction, and hands-on development expertise to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. This role combines deep technical knowledge with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of engineers through all phases of the software development lifecycle while ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software applications and systems.

Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Oversee the work of software engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.

Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to development best practices.

Drive the adoption of up-to-date technologies, tools, and processes to improve productivity and software quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Manage technical debt, ensuring the long-term maintainability of the codebase.

Participate in resource planning, task estimation, and prioritization of development work.

Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential to enhance products and processes.

Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning,



and collaboration within the engineering team.

Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (7+ years) in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.

Strong Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.

Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem components, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics and Commerce Cloud

Experience with delivery and release tooling such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Copado and SFDX, with solid understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery practices

Practical experience in data analysis, KPI/reporting, data migration and data quality management, including ability to work with SQL/SOQL proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.)

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Other Requirements

Travel requirement Regular (10-20%)

Expert in English, any additional language is plus
