To lead and supervise the sales/operations team for FMCG and spare parts, ensuring achievement of sales targets, proper stock management, customer satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Manage sales and distribution of FMCG and spare-parts products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, ageing, and replenishment requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing, billing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
- Track daily/weekly sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for quick solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, credit limits, and collection procedures.




- Conduct regular market visits and support the team in achieving business objectives.
- Train and develop team members on products, sales processes, and customer handling.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Purchase, and Logistics teams.

Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in FMCG, automotive spare parts, distribution, aftermarket, or a related industry.
- Prior experience in team handling and target-oriented sales is preferred.
- Good understanding of dealer/distributor management and market development.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and basic ERP/SAP systems.
- Willingness to travel for market/dealer visits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
