Position : Unqork Team Lead

Overall/Total Experience : 6 - 8 years only

Location : Hyderabad

Working Days : 5 Days Working from Office (US Hours: 9.30 PM - 6.30 AM IST)

Notice Period Requirement : 30 Days (Maximum)

Client's Company Size : Startup/Small Enterprise

Roles &

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform.
- Own technical architecture and best practices across projects.
- Mentor and manage a team of Unqork developers.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations.
- Drive delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards.

Candidate Requirements :

- Strong Unqork Team Lead Profile with hands-on platform expertise and team leadership.
- Must have 6 years of experience, with at least the recent 3 years of proven hands-on experience on the Unqork platform.
- Must have experience leading the design, development,



and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform.
- Must have prior experience leading or mentoring a development team.
- Must have experience owning technical architecture and best practices across projects.
- Must have experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations.
- Must have experience driving delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards.
- Must have a solid grasp of enterprise application design, APIs, and integrations.
- Must have excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Must be from B2B Tech consulting/B2B Tech services/AI Tech consulting companies.
- Candidate should be willing to work during EST shift (9.30 PM - 6.30 AM) as the client is based in US and they have US clients.

Preferred (Certification) : Active Unqork certification is a strong plus.
