Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a strong background in Google Ads/AdWords operations to lead a team of specialists and drive performance, productivity, and client success. The ideal candidate should possess excellent people management skills, operational expertise, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Google Ads specialists to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality and productivity metrics.
- Drive campaign optimization strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations and business goals.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
- Strong experience in Google Ads (AdWords) operations and digital advertising.
- Proven experience in people management, coaching, and team development.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
