nnExperience : 7+Years

nJob Type : Permanent

nJob Location : Nagpur

nWork Mode : Onsite

nShifts : US shift

nWeek Offs : 5 Days working, 2Days off

nnKey Responsibilities

nLead and manage a team handling Life & Pension insurance operations .

nManage day-to-day activities related to policy administration, servicing, and transaction processing.

nHandle processes such as current business, policy servicing, underwriting support, claims, pension administration, and policy changes .

nMonitor team performance against SLA, productivity, accuracy, and quality targets .

nConduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring of team members.





nIdentify process gaps and implement process improvement and automation initiatives .

nEnsure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client-specific guidelines.

nHandle escalations and resolve complex operational issues within defined timelines.

nPrepare and analyze operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.

nCoordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and offshore/onshore teams.

nSupport transition, migration, and knowledge-transfer activities for new processes.

nEnsure effective documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures.
