Teaching Faculty – Electronics, Mobile & Laptop Repair Job Type: Full-Time Department: Technical Training & Skill Development Location: K.Pudur, Madurai Experience: 0–5 Years preferred Salary: ₹[12k- 20k] per month, based on experience and expertise Job SummaryWe are looking for a Teaching Faculty / Technical Trainer to conduct theory and practical classes for students enrolled in Electronics, Mobile Phone Repair, Laptop Repair, and related technical courses . The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical industry experience, and the ability to explain concepts clearly and train students through hands-on activities. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging theory and practical training sessions .

Teach electronics fundamentals, electronic components, circuits, and troubleshooting. Conduct practical training in mobile phone repair and servicing . Train students in laptop hardware, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting .

Teach PCB identification, testing, soldering, desoldering, and basic board-level troubleshooting. Demonstrate the use of multimeters, DC power supplies, soldering stations, hot-air stations, microscopes, and other laboratory equipment. Explain circuit diagrams, components, testing procedures, and fault-finding techniques.

Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical assignments. Guide students during laboratory activities and repair projects. Assess students through practical tests, assignments, and examinations. Track student attendance, performance, and practical progress.

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, worksheets, and practical exercises. Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment. Provide individual guidance and technical support to students.

Coordinate with the Lab Technician for practical sessions and laboratory requirements.



Keep course content updated according to current technology and industry requirements.

Required

QualificationsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electronics, ECE, EEE, Electrical , or a related field. Candidates with solid industry experience and practical technical skills may also be considered.

SkillsStrong knowledge of electronics fundamentals. Practical knowledge of mobile phone repair. Knowledge of laptop hardware and troubleshooting. PCB and motherboard troubleshooting knowledge. Good soldering and rework skills. Knowledge of electronic testing equipment. Ability to read and explain basic circuit diagrams. Strong communication and presentation skills.
