Key Responsibilities

- Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Coordinate training and development programs, maintain training calendars and attendance records, collect training feedback and prepare reports.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required, arrange travel bookings, accommodation for employees, maintain travel records and expense details.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
