Connect2Learn Services Private Limited is looking for a proactive and driven Tutor Success Executive to join our growing global EdTech team.

About the RoleAs a Tutor Success Executive, you will be responsible for managing teacher performance, maintaining academic quality, and ensuring smooth coordination between teachers, students, parents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities• Manage teacher performance and day-to-day academic operations

- Coordinate with teachers regarding schedules, classes, attendance, and academic requirements
- Conduct class observations and quality audits
- Provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality
- Monitor student and parent feedback and implement improvement initiatives
- Support teacher onboarding, training, engagement, and performance development
- Resolve teacher-related operational issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain academic reports, teacher performance records, and operational dashboards
- Collaborate with Operations, Curriculum, Sales, and Student Support teams
- Ensure compliance with academic quality standards and organizational processes
- Identify opportunities to improve teaching effectiveness and learner satisfaction

Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Requirements:

- Prior experience in online teaching
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in EdTech, Academic Operations, Teacher Management,



or Learning & Development
- Experience conducting class audits or quality evaluations
- Prior experience handling or mentoring teaching teams
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom environments
