Skill-Network Architect - SDWAN Versa specialist

Responsibilities

- Knowledge of Versa SASE features (Firewall, Secure Web Gateway, IPS, URL filtering).
- Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Hands‑on experience with BGP, OSPF, static routing, and route redistribution.
- Understanding of underlay/overlay network architecture.
- Experience with MPLS, DIA, Broadband, LTE/5G WAN links.
- Knowledge of QoS, traffic steering, link health monitoring, and SLA policies.
- Experience with integrated firewall, NAT, zones, and security policies in Versa.
- Understanding of segmentation, secure internet breakout, and Zero Trust concepts.
- Basic exposure to IPsec, certificates, and encryption mechanisms.
- Design, configure, and support enterprise‑grade WAN and SD‑WAN solutions.
- Perform end‑to‑end deployment and administration of Versa SD‑WAN devices,



controllers, policies, and service profiles.
- Optimize routing and implement traffic engineering, QoS, and performance tuning across WAN links.
- Manage L2/L3 switching infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with WAN/SD‑WAN environments.
- Conduct firmware upgrades, device onboarding, and network migrations with minimal downtime.
- Work closely with ISPs for circuit issues, escalations, and provisioning current WAN links.
- Maintain accurate documentation including network diagrams, configs, standards, and change records.
- Provide technical guidance during major incidents, RCA documentation, and architectural improvements.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
