The Transformation Manager - IT Procurement will be responsible for developing and executing transformation strategies across IT Procurement categories, including IT Hardware, Software Licenses, and IT Vendor Management.



The role requires deep category expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, cost optimization, supplier performance improvements, and procurement transformation programs. The incumbent will leverage procurement data, market intelligence, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, supplier performance metrics, and category management frameworks such as the Kraljic Matrix to maximize business value and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Collect and consolidate procurement data from multiple stakeholders.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and oversee dashboards and reports to monitor procurement KPIs and supplier performance.
- Generate insights using market analysis, spend analysis, and benchmarking techniques.
- Drive savings reporting and analytics using Power BI and procurement reporting tools.

Supplier Evaluation & Management
- Assess supplier capabilities, pricing structures, service levels, and contractual compliance.
- Support supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management activities.
- Develop supplier strategies to improve delivery performance and quality outcomes.




- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive value creation.

Strategic Sourcing & Transformation
- Create and manage sourcing projects within ERP platforms.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across IT procurement categories.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and supplier discussions.
- Perform market analysis, category analysis, and spend analysis.
- Conduct procurement risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Apply Kraljic Matrix principles to optimize sourcing decisions and supplier segmentation.

Cost Optimization & Value Creation
- Drive both Capex and Opex savings initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value enhancement.
- Track, validate, and report procurement savings.
- Support business cases and sourcing strategies that improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Contract Management & Compliance
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with suppliers.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or deviations.
- Support governance and compliance initiatives across procurement operations.

Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and recommend improvements.
- Drive procurement process transformation initiatives.
- Support automation, digitization, and standardization efforts.
- Promote best practices across sourcing and procurement functions.
