Responsibilities

- Deep expertise in End‑User Computing (Contemporary Workplace) architecture
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, AAD/Entra ID & SCCM
- Windows 11 lifecycle management, OS hardening, baselines
- Experience with MDM (iOS/Android), application packaging & patch management
- Experience implementing Zero Trust, Conditional Access & endpoint security
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes & enterprise change governance
- Hands-on experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell)
- Expertise in O365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
- Experience designing large-scale EUC transformation programs & OS migrations
- Strong stakeholder communication & architectural governance skills
- Own EUC architecture, roadmap & modernization strategy for the enterprise
- Design & govern enterprise-wide endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
- Define standards for device configuration, compliance, security & lifecycle management
- Architect VDI & workspace solutions for scalability & performance
- Drive automation, standardization & efficiency across EUC services
