The Associate - Supplier Enablement will be responsible for onboarding, supporting, and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure seamless integration into procurement systems and processes. The role involves guiding suppliers through onboarding activities, resolving supplier queries, ensuring compliance with business requirements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient supplier enablement experience.





Responsibilities

Supplier Onboarding & Enablement

- Coordinate end-to-end supplier onboarding activities across procurement platforms such as SAP, Coupa, Aravo, and other procurement systems.
- Communicate onboarding requirements, documentation needs, and system processes to suppliers.
- Assist suppliers with registration, profile setup, and compliance verification activities.
- Ensure suppliers meet business, regulatory, and system requirements before activation.
- Support supplier adoption of procurement tools and processes.

Supplier Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide non-voice support through ticketing systems, email, and digital communication channels.
- Troubleshoot supplier onboarding issues related to registration, invoicing, and data validation.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Compliance, and other internal teams to resolve supplier concerns.
- Monitor and track supplier requests to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Escalate critical issues when required and ensure closure within defined SLAs.

Process & Data Management
- Maintain accurate supplier master data and supporting documentation.
- Validate supplier information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support audits and reporting activities related to supplier enablement performance.
- Maintain supplier onboarding records and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of SOPs, workflows, and knowledge management documentation.

Operational Excellence
- Identify process improvement opportunities within supplier onboarding and support activities.
- Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive supplier satisfaction through efficient support and service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements, internal policies, and procurement procedures.
