Provide Information: Explain service procedures, guide users through app or account usage, and solve basic complaints. Data Logging: Accurately update customer details, feedback, and issue statuses in the company CRM software. Escalate Issues: Transfer complex technical or billing problems to senior internal support teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
