Talent Sourcing Intern

About the RoleWe are looking for Talent Sourcing Interns to help us identify and engage candidates for high-demand technology, AI, engineering, language, healthcare, legal, and data-related roles.

This is a hands-on recruiting internship where you will learn candidate sourcing, LinkedIn research, Boolean search, outreach, screening, and talent pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

- Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Google, GitHub, Reddit, professional communities, and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain candidate databases for assigned roles.
- Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant profiles.
- Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other appropriate channels.
- Conduct basic eligibility screening based on role requirements.
- Collect candidate information and maintain accurate records in our tracking system.
- Follow up with interested candidates and move them through the recruitment funnel.
- Coordinate with recruiters/team leads for candidate qualification and submission.
- Research niche talent pools such as AI engineers, developers, PhDs, bilingual candidates, legal professionals, healthcare professionals, and technical specialists.
- Help build talent communities and referral networks.

What We're Looking For
- Solid research and internet-search skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Ability to identify relevant information from candidate profiles.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet sourcing targets.
- Prior recruitment experience is not required.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Boolean search.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Previous recruitment/sourcing internship.
- Experience with CRM or ATS tools.
- Interest in AI, technology, startups, or recruitment.

Performance MetricsYou will be evaluated based on the quality of your sourcing funnel, including:

Profiles Identified → Candidates Contacted → Responses → Qualified Candidates → Submitted Candidates → Successful Placements
