Role: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Experience: 1-5 years

Work Model: Flexible based on assignment; candidates should be comfortable working from a client's office when the engagement requires onsite deployment.

What we are looking for

- 1-5 years of hands-on recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other sourcing channels
- Ability to understand JDs and identify relevant candidates with accuracy
- Experience in candidate screening, assessment, coordination and follow-ups through the complete hiring cycle
- Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work with timelines and delivery targets




- Comfortable interacting directly with client TA teams and hiring managers
- Willingness to work from client locations when required
- Experience in IT / SAP / ERP / Consulting / Professional Services hiring will be an advantage
- Candidates with experience in RPO or client-site recruitment assignments will be particularly relevant
