Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Staffing

Location: On-site (5 Days a Week)

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriente d Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–2 years of experience i n US Staffing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through multiple job boards, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and delivering quality submissions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates using Monster, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant job portal
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and submitting candidate
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various US-based requirement
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process




- Ensure timely submissions while maintaining high quality and compliance with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS or internal recruitment systems.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Monster, Dice, and LinkedIn Recru iter
- Strong understanding of the full life cycle recruitment process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet hiring deadliness.
- Comfortable work ing Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST with No cab facility.
- Willingness to w ork 5 days a week from the office

Disqualification

- No Experience in US Staffing as a Full life cycle Recruiter.
- ALL Experience in Domestic Staffing.
