Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Time / On BizAcuity Payroll)

Job Mode: Onsite / Work from Office | Monday to Friday |

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–10 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and hiring quality talent for technical and non-technical positions. The candidate should have excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment reports and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support campus hiring, employee referral programs, and recruitment drives.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for Software Development, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, QA, and related technology roles.
- Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Positive knowledge of IT technologies and technical recruitment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
