Role Description This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role is based in Surat.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes for various roles within the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining job requirements, and ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions. The specialist will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain candidate pipelines,



and use recruitment tools and platforms to attract qualified talent.

Day-to-day responsibilities include updating recruitment trackers, communicating with candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring a positive and fair candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Experience in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess role fit and potential objectively.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding practices and the ability to promote the organization to prospective candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms; prior experience in transportation or logistics sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
