UPRIO is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team and lead our recruitment function.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2–3 Years

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Lead and manage a team of 5–6 recruiters.
- Own and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring targets.
- Drive bulk hiring across roles, with a strong focus on Sales & Business Development hiring.
- Build effective sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Monitor the complete recruitment funnel from sourcing to joining.
- Track team performance and recruitment metrics.
- Coach and mentor recruiters to improve productivity and conversion.




- Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-hire, conversion rates, and hiring efficiency.
- Ensure timely closure of critical and high-volume positions.

What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring and Sales hiring.
- Experience managing a team of 5–6 recruiters.
- Strong target orientation and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
