**Role Description<

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Smart Clicks, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles within the organization. This internship role is hybrid, with primary work based in Lucknow and some tasks that can be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

You will assist in drafting job descriptions, communicating with applicants, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements. The intern will also help improve recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Solid interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with basic understanding of hiring processes.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing applicant data, schedules, and documentation.
- Comfort with using digital tools, job portals, and productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Lucknow with independent work from home.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest/experience).
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced creative services company.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
