Role Description This is a full time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Rajkot.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection activities for a variety of technical, engineering, and corporate roles.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The role involves using job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract talent, scheduling and tracking interviews,



and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding activities.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment analytics, and continuous improvement of hiring processes to support Jyoti’s growth and workforce planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess solid stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking sites.
- Candidates should possess analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple positions, track recruitment metrics, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment within manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors is preferred.
- Ability to uphold non-discriminatory hiring practices, maintain confidentiality, and promote a diverse, inclusive workplace.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, and comfort working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
