? Job Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing and screening candidates through different job portals
- Conducting initial HR interviews and shortlisting profiles
- Managing around 100 calls daily
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and candidate engagement
- Achieving monthly joining targets of 7–8 candidates

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Valuable understanding of recruitment processes
