Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, server administration, virtualization, and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, Windows Server administration, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and network security, with practical experience managing and troubleshooting complex IT environments.

CCNA certification is mandatory for this position. Candidates with less than 7 years of relevant experience or without a valid CCNA certification will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure and network environments.
- Manage and maintain firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and network security infrastructure.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise networks using TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Work with dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and other enterprise virtualization technologies.
- Deploy, manage, and support infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Configure and manage cloud networking components including VPC/VNet, subnets, security groups/NSGs, routing, VPN, and connectivity between cloud and on-premises environments.




- Manage hybrid infrastructure and ensure reliable connectivity between on-premises data centers and cloud platforms.
- Monitor system and network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and preventive maintenance.
- Implement infrastructure security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, DevOps, application, and IT operations teams to ensure stable and secure infrastructure.
- Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, configuration records, and operational procedures.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and technology modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering / IT Infrastructure / Network & Systems Administration.
- CCNA certification is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise networking, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, routing, and switching.
- Working experience with BGP and OSPF.
- Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows infrastructure services.
- Hands-on experience with VMware or equivalent virtualization platforms.




- Strong practical experience with at least one major public cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
- Experience working with on-premises and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Positive understanding of cloud networking and infrastructure security.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage critical infrastructure issues in an enterprise environment.

Preferred / Desirable Certifications In addition to the mandatory CCNA certification, the following certifications will be an advantage:

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
- Microsoft Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect
- AWS Solutions Architect / AWS SysOps Administrator
- Cisco CCNP
- VMware certifications

Candidate Profile We are looking for a technically strong Systems Engineer who has real-world hands-on infrastructure experience, rather than purely theoretical knowledge.

The candidate should be comfortable working across networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, and infrastructure security, and should have experience troubleshooting enterprise environments.

Mandatory Requirements

7+ years of relevant professional experience

Valid CCNA certification

Strong enterprise networking experience

Windows Server administration experience

Hands-on AWS / Azure / GCP experience

VMware or equivalent virtualization experience

Compensation

₹15 – ₹18 LPA, depending on relevant experience, technical expertise, and overall fit.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
