About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Teacher Operations team on a contractual basis. This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end hiring process for online educators across various subjects including Coding, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Math. The ideal candidate will have 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring, preferably within the EdTech or education sectors.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding teaching candidates from both domestic and international markets. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each hire aligns with Codingal’s standards and expectations,



contributing to the delivery of high-quality education and a seamless onboarding experience for new teachers.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree with prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring.

Strong

English communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to assess candidates’ communication and pronunciation. Candidates should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and structured evaluation rubrics. Familiarity with sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate pipeline management is preferred.

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate good judgment in setting expectations, maintaining a candidate-first approach, and reducing early drop-offs during the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen teaching candidates based on role-, region-, and subject-specific eligibility criteria across Coding, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Math for both domestic and international markets.
- Evaluate resumes and qualifications to identify suitable candidates for progression in the hiring pipeline.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and motivation, consistently meeting weekly hiring targets.




- Implement communication strategies and assessment criteria to gauge candidate interest and engagement transparently.
- Verify technical readiness of candidates, including availability of a personal laptop and a stable internet connection, to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain an organized and clean hiring pipeline, coordinating evaluation and onboarding workflows seamlessly.
- Engage actively with candidates during onboarding and training phases to minimize drop-offs and ensure a positive experience.
