Surveyor

We are currently seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team and work on residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting surveys, analyzing data, and providing accurate measurements for residential properties.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct surveys and measurements for residential real estate projects
2. Analyze data and provide accurate reports
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surveying techniques and tools
5. Instrument knowledge -Total station Leica, Topcon, Sokkia-setting up, levelling, centering.
6. Software knowledge-Auto Cad, Civil 3D, Leica Geo Office, SurVe, Data collector software.
7. basics-Setting out, GPS basics.

Work Experience

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Previous experience working on residential real estate projects




- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
