Role Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Engineer for a full-time, in office opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India .

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, logistics, production planning, warehousing, material management, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.

The Supply Chain Engineer will work closely with procurement, production, warehouse, logistics, quality, finance, and plant operations teams to ensure smooth material flow, timely availability of resources, efficient inventory management, and reliable supply chain operations.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related engineering discipline .




- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, production planning, warehouse operations, material management, or manufacturing can apply.
- Candidates from manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, engineering, agro-processing, consumer goods, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and material planning .
- Knowledge of MRP, production planning, inventory control, vendor management, or logistics coordination will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP, Excel, MIS reporting, or supply chain software will be preferred but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Ability to analyze basic inventory, consumption, lead-time, and supply chain data .
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment .
- Internship, industrial training, or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or manufacturing will be an advantage but is not mandatory .
- Strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, cost optimization, teamwork, and continuous improvement .
