Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents on study-abroad opportunities based on their academic profile, career goals, budget, and preferred destination.
- Handle end-to-end student counselling and guide students through the admission and visa application process.
- Provide accurate information about universities, courses, tuition fees, intakes, scholarships, and visa requirements.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries.
- Manage applications, documentation, follow-ups, and application status from enquiry to visa decision.
- Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams for admissions and visa processing.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with students to ensure a smooth application journey.




- Stay updated with changes in admission policies, visa rules, immigration requirements, and study-abroad trends.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Achieve counselling and conversion targets while maintaining a high standard of student service.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and build strong relationships with clients.

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in student counselling/study abroad/education consultancy.
