- Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrolments through telephonic, email, WhatsApp, and in-person counselling.
- Understand the career goals and academic needs of students and recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct detailed counselling sessions and build trust with students and parents.
- Handle objections or concerns and address them confidently and convincingly.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue contribution.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align lead quality and process improvement.
- Provide feedback from students to help improve course offerings and marketing strategies.
