- Explain Vadlamani Consulting's overseas education, admissions, test-preparation and student visa guidance services.
- Understand the student's basic study-abroad requirements and generate qualified leads for the counsellor.
- Schedule counselling appointments and follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Follow up on leads received through website, social media, referrals and marketing campaigns.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with students and parents.

Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.

- Confident and pleasant telephone communication.
- Previous experience in telecalling, education counselling, admissions,



customer service or lead generation preferred.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
- Candidates from Dilsukhnagar and nearby areas preferred.
- Immediate/early joiners preferred.
