We are looking for an experienced and technically strong AGM / Senior Manager / Manager – Structural Design to lead and oversee structural engineering and design activities for complex infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in structural analysis and design, along with experience in STP, Precast Structures, Bridges, Water Supply, Irrigation or similar infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee structural engineering, planning, analysis and design activities for complex infrastructure projects.
- Review, validate and approve structural designs, calculations and drawings, ensuring safety, quality and project requirements.
- Ensure structural works comply with applicable national and international codes and standards.
- Perform and review detailed structural analysis for STPs, precast structures, bridges and water infrastructure projects.




- Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve technical and design-related matters.
- Manage design deliverables, resources, timelines and technical requirements to ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule.
- Prepare and review technical reports, structural calculations, design specifications and related documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during the construction phase.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Identify and implement innovative materials, methodologies and design approaches to improve structural efficiency and sustainability.

Required Technical Expertise:

- Strong proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000 and AutoCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of IS Codes, IRC, ACI and Eurocodes.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, design principles and engineering practices.
- Proven project experience in one or more of the following:

Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) Precast Structures / Precast Technology

Bridges

Water Supply & Irrigation Infrastructure

Other large-scale infrastructure projects.
