Key Responsibilities: Manage complete day-to-day store operations. Achieve monthly sales and business targets. Handle and motivate store staff and ensure proper manpower deployment. Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and staff performance.
Manage stock receiving, GRN, inventory and stock accuracy. Control shrinkage, damages, expiry and stock losses. Ensure proper product display, availability and store cleanliness. Handle customer complaints and ensure valuable customer service.
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and audit requirements. Coordinate with HO/HR/Purchase/Accounts teams. Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
Train staff on customer service, product knowledge and store processes.
