Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day store operations and sales.

- Drive sales targets, conversion, average bill value and customer satisfaction.

- Manage, motivate and train the store team to achieve performance goals.

- Ensure excellent customer experience and high service standards.

- Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, housekeeping and store discipline.

- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with HO/management on sales, stock, staffing and operational requirements.

- Maintain daily reports, team performance and store KPIs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 48 years of experience in retail, preferably premium fashion/ethnic wear.

- Strong leadership, sales and team-management skills.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.

- Target-oriented, organised and proactive.

- Valuable understanding of retail operations, inventory and MIS.

- Presentable personality with a strong sense of fashion and customer service.
