Position: Store Incharge

Location: Falta

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, material receipts/issues, stock records, and coordination with purchase, production, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documents.
- Issue materials to production/other departments as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare GRN/material receiving records and maintain documentation.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and inform management about shortages.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.
- Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and safety inside the store.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments.
- Handle stock audits and provide inventory reports when required.
- Prevent material loss, damage, excess stock, and unauthorized issues.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing/factory workplace.




- Good knowledge of stock management, GRN, material issue/receipt, physical verification, and inventory control.
- Basic computer knowledge; MS Excel experience preferred.
- ERP/Tally/SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
- Candidate must be comfortable travelling/working at Falta location.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/factory store, especially handling raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
