Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations at our automobile manufacturing facility in Rangpuri, South Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in store/inventory management and be proficient in ERP software and/or Tally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
- Receive, inspect, count, and properly store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and documentation.
- Issue raw materials, components, and other items to production as per authorized requirements.
- Update inventory transactions regularly in ERP/Tally.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock transfer records, and other store documents.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Quality teams for material requirements and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system records.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling,



storage, and organization of materials.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Support monthly/periodic inventory reports and stock audits.
- Ensure materials are stored safely to prevent damage, loss, or wastage.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures related to inventory and store management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Store / Inventory Management, preferably in automobile or manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of ERP software and/or Tally is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store activities efficiently.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in automobile manufacturing, automotive components, engineering, or factory stores will be preferred. Location: Rangpuri, South Delhi
