Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

The Store

Executive will manage daily store operations, including inventory tracking, stock receiving, storage, and dispatch, ensuring materials are handled efficiently and accurately. This role involves coordinating with procurement, sales, and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support project and production requirements.

The position also requires interacting with internal stakeholders and vendors, addressing queries related to store activities, and supporting continuous improvement in store processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Candidates should possess retail and sales-related skills to understand store operations, material movement, and basic commercial transactions.
- Candidates should possess a commerce background or familiarity with inventory management, stock accounting, and documentation processes.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Excel, inventory software) and strong attention to detail for recordkeeping and reporting.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Vadodara, maintain safety and compliance standards, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Relevant experience in store management, warehouse operations, or inventory control in industrial or renewable energy settings is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in commerce, business administration, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
